The appointment was scheduled for when I asked but they called one hour before the appointment and asked if they could come over because they finished another job and were close. I was on my way to the house from an hour away and told them yes. They called me back 20 minutes later and said they were done. When we got to the house, the carpet was still quite damp and still smelled like the previous owner's dog. But magnified because it was wet. We called to complain and were told the smell must be in the padding and they would not come back out. The carpet is one year old and the smell is wet dog, not urine. Very disappointed that we wasted our money with this company.

I have used this service numerous times before and they have always done an excellent job. The last time they came there were dirty streaks all over the carpet (like they missed spots) that were not visable until the carpet dried. I called and they promptly sent someone back to take care of it. Because it was the first time it happened I really did think it was a big deal. However, I hired them again recently and the same thing happened. The carpet looks like a mess. In the future I will choose a different service.

When they leave, the carpet looks gorgeous. There are 2 spots that they always have to touch up, but they are very good about that. I have a cream colored carpet and pets, so it's needs pretty regular care.

This is the second time Camelot Cleaners have come to our house to clean the carpets.  The first time they cleaned only 3 rooms, a hallway, and two stairways, and they did an excellent job then.  As before, they were prompt, efficient, polite, and did an excellent job of cleaning and reviving all the carpets.  The cost turned out to be lower than the first estimate they gave me because I had miscounted the number of stairway steps to clean.
Without a doubt, I would call on them for any future jobs.

The representatives from Camelot were punctual and professional from the start.  We invited three different companies to provide a quote to shampoo the carpets in our office.  Camelot was not the least expensive quote we received, but they displayed such professionalism while measuring for and providing our quote, it was an easy decision to hire them.
On the day of service, the Camelot employees were right on time.  They moved chairs and chair mats for us as needed and made quick work of cleaning all three floors.  The carpets look great!  Stains are now gone that had survived at least two other company's cleaning, and we are very pleased.

I had Camelot clean the carpet on 3 rooms and a hallway.  I chose them
because of the ?A? rating they have on Angie?s List and the recommendation
of a good friend.  They arrived on time and quickly set up the equipment.
Ben and Trevor were very helpful in answering all my questions and did a
great job.  Anyone who has a cat and any carpet that isn?t Berber knows that
cat hair migrates to the edges of the baseboard and is almost impossible to
vacuum up unless you use the wand attachment.  They removed 99.9% of the
cat hair in that area.  I was definitely pleased.  It?s been two weeks and no
stains have returned.
My bill came to $10 more than was quoted and I was told that a trip fee was
added.  I had a $10 off coupon from their website, so the cost came to what
was quoted.
I?m giving them an ?A-? because I wasn?t told about the trip fee upfront and
actually (foolishly) thought I was going to save an extra $10.
I would, however, use them again.

I was very impressed with Camelot service. I called them and they came out the next day. They were on time and professional. I was impressed on how clean my carpets came out. I had a few stains that I didn't think would come out, and Camelot was able to get them out for me. They cleaned three rooms for me, and were done in about an hour. By the time they left the carpet almost already seemed dry. I was very impressed

It took a week to dry everything out so there were several trips made by the Camelot staff to check on the fans and dehumidifiers.   Each time we called for a status report we received a call back quickly.  They answered all of our questions (a lot of them) and took the time to explain until we understood how the whole process worked from start to finish.
The office staff was great as well in helping us file the insurance claim.    All in all we received world class service which went a long way in making a stressful situation more tolerable and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were scheduled to arrive at eight and they finally arrived at five minutes after eight. I offered them coffee and or a cold beverage and they kindly declined. Saw what needed to be done and promptly brought in their supplies and started to work. There was a young assistant who spot-cleaned the high traffic areas and the little older gentleman who cleaned using the equipment. It was all contained in their van parked outside in the driveway. I saw him meticulously going back and forth making excellent use of his time. It all took forty minutes and off they went. I asked how long it would take to dry and if I should open windows, which they were, or turn on the AC unit. The man said that with the relatively cool day we were having open windows would be fine and that the carpet should b e dry in 8-12 hours  By five that afternoon my whole ground floor was back in tip top shape. I totally recommend this company.

I rated this company as average.  The price was more expensive than I expected, and higher than other companies.    This is a very small (1250 sf) house and they cleaned 4 rooms and a hallway for $140.00.      I was a bit surprised by a $10.00 "fuel and environmental fee" charge.    I also had to request a copy of the invoice (I live out of state) since they never sent me one, which is the reason I did not rate them higher on professionalism.   (Once I requested it, they emailed it very promptly.)    To be fair, I did not deal with anyone other than on the phone, and I have not even seen the carpets after they were cleaned, so overall my ratings are based on price.

We weren’t here when the work was done but we moved in the next day and found that one of the carpets hadn’t been dried correctly and was a little loose. When I called them, the owner came out very quickly and re stretched the carpet at no charge.

Very happy with their service and price.  As the carpet dried, there were several areas that needed further attention, but they came back promptly the next day to take care of them.

We just closed on our new house in the area and wanted to get the carpets clean before the moving company arrived with our furniture. On short notice (I called on Tuesday and they came on Wednesday) Camelot sent two guys out to clean the three bedrooms, hall and steps. It was straightforward since there was no furniture in the rooms. It only took them twenty minutes and the bill was reasonable for the job. They said they would dry in 8 hours and they mostly were. (we should have opened windows or run the AC but they didn't tell us that). Also one of the carpets in the bedroom looked like it had been pulled up / stretched somewhat. I am not sure if this was there fault or not. The next morning the carpets were mostly dry and the carpet that had been pulled up somewhat looked a little better but not perfect. I called Camelot to see if cleaning could do that to a carpet and they said they would send someone out. When I told them that I was having moving guys coming in 90 minutes they said they would try to get the out ASP. Bottom line Dan they owner of the company came out (the movers had just showed up) and he stretched the carpet himself. He did a great job and it didn't slow moving down a bit. And he didn't charge me even when it might not have been their fault. I was very impressed with this service. Now I know why their reviews are so good. I will use them again. Great job Dan.

Two men showed up on time for the job.  They were quick and efficient.  The carpet looked great when they were done and the couch looked brand new.

The two men, from Camelot Service Co.,  who did the cleaning arrived on time and worked diligently and professionally.  They did a thorough job, and any furniture they had to move was placed back in in proper place on foam blocks.  The carpets and upholstery that was cleaned looked beautiful afterwards, and they were able to eliminate stains that a previous cleaning service had failed to do.  The price was less than I had expected.  When I called to set up the cleaning job, I wished I had been informed that a special discount was being offered and I could have had two extra rooms cleaned for a very small extra cost.  The cleaners informed me of this after they had finished their job.  I was disappointed that I hadn't know about it when I set up the job request.  I would definitely recommend Camelot to any of my friends.  When I call for their services again, in the future, I will certainly remember to ask if there are any "specials" being offered.
