Furniture - Sales
We hadn't bought furniture for a long time, and our usual furniture store had gone out of business. We looked for several months andcouldn't find a store or salesperson that we could really work with. That all ended whne we walked into Talsmas' in Byron Center.
We told Maureen what we were lookin gfor, and she left us alone to investigate the store. We found several pieces that we liked, and she told us the plusses and minusses of each, with no pressure whatsoever. When we left the store ( after being there for four hours), we hadn't purchased a thing, but knew that this was where we would be spending our money. After two more trips (the store is 42 miles from our home), we purchased a sofa, two chairs and an ottoman.
The delivery guys were great also. There was a slight problem with a couple of the pieces, and their serviceman came to our home and remedied the problem quickly, and with no charge at all. We just love Talsma's, and will definitely go back for our next furniture buy.
