Amazing!! We were on the fence about replacing our carpets but decided to give it one more go before doing so. The carpets look brand new after Kelly came out and cleaned for us and the best part, they were dry within an hour! Highly recommend.

Kelly arrived right on time and went right to work on the carpets. We had some pet stains on the bedroom carpet and they are either totally gone or very lightened. The carpet was dry in an hour or two which is a huge plus! The area rug looks so much better and most of the dirt and stains are gone. I was always hesitant to clean the rug since it set on top of hardwood but with his system, very little water was remaining. I will use this company again!

It was satisfactory. The only problem I have is the areas that are always so hard to deal with like the heavy areas where you walk in the door. It's probably more of the carpeting than anything else. They were very responsive.

"[Member Name Removed] has had me clean her carpet several times and I have never failed to get it clean. The carpet is very, very old and she is referring to traffic patterns where the carpet is simply wore down. No cleaner can make that look like the rest of the carpet. Carpet fibers reflect light and the worn areas will not reflect it the same as other areas, thus the worn look. I strive for A's all across the board and always do my best."

I paid him an extra $10 to do a little job. The services went okay. It looked good. He did the work that he got paid for. He missed a spot. He cleaned up after himself.

I strive for A ratings all across the board and really take pride in my work. Not sure why you waited 7 months to post a review and to say I missed something, but I assure you I would have taken care of it had you informed me. Some spots are also permanent, so it may have been something I couldn't get out. Thank you."

He did alright. I paid him an extra $10 for a little job. After the next day there were places that weren't touched and I probably should have called him back. He did the job that he was paid to do.

Kelly was wonderful! Very professional, courteous, and accommodating. I paid for 3 rooms and a hall, but I needed the stairs cleaned instead of one of the rooms; he accepted the exchange. Next time I need my carpets cleaned, I definitely will call Kelly and will tell my friends about him too.

I was set to arrive 10 minutes early via GPS however there was an accident on the interstate that made me 30 minutes late. I sent a text informing her but I guess she didn't get it. As far as B on price, the Angie's List Deal is cheaper than my normal pricing and for the quick dry method that is a bargain price. My normal price would have been $135.00. Roxanne was very pleasant to deal with though."

Did a great job also had them get the smoke smell out of the rental condo. The ozone machine rid the house of smoke odor. This was amazing and would recommend both services.
