"I was so pleased with the quality of work that Mark and his team provided. We did a basement remodel and Mark was able to take our plans and turn them into exactly what we wanted. When we were not 100% happy with one of the subcontractor's work, it was dealt with immediately (and without awkwardness). I also appreciate how nice and patient all the workers were with our dogs!"

"They spent extra hours due to a snafu with the components and never complained. They worked well past dark- a 5 hour job took 10 and they stayed till finished. Awesome!! Very friendly and cleaned up very well."

"the house sold before the work was needed. Forrest was patient and easy to understand while explaining the whole process. I have used FSM for other basement work and would recommend them. Thanks again"

"Jeremy was punctual and informative. He assessed the situation, explained our options, and performed the necessary work to get our refrigerator in working order. Before he left our home he asked if there was anything else he could do for us. He was congenial and friendly. We are delighted we had Service Professor in our home."
