We scheduled a time for our dryer vents to be cleaned. Eric showed up an hour late. When they were finished, lint was everywhere including under the dryer before he pushed it back in its place. He didn't reconnect our dryer vents which we didn't realize until the next morning when we turned it on and lint blew out the top. We noticed that our washing machine lid was caved in so we checked our ring camera. Eric (who isn't a small guy by any means) was using the washing machine as a step ladder to reach the vents. Our washing machine is less than a year old. We called to talk to the owner and Eric showed up unannounced when my wife was home. He denied anything happened even though we had proof it happened, which I would be glad to attach to anyone asking. He tried "fixing" the problem by forcefully punching the dent on the washing machine lid from the inside so hard that this threw off the sensor on the lid door. My wife told him that she was uncomfortable and he needed to leave. We sent videos of what happened to the owner Marc Anderson. Marc blew us off, didn't apologize, didn't offer any refund. He showed up unannounced without calling beforehand when we weren't home, saying he was trying to make it right, but couldn't schedule a proper time to come over. We were more than patient, but my mind was blown by this whole experience. The whole ordeal was $200 (not including the damage to the dryer.) Stay away from this company.

Steamatic was there on the day they were called and began the clean up process. They boxed up all of my belongings and took them to their facility where the boxes were stored for months while the rebuilding process was completed. I recently discovered that they stole many of my tools. I am also aware that many of the things that held value, even though they were "totaled" for replacement by the insurance company were taken by the employees of Steamatic or the shop itself. This outfit is a total band of thieves and I highly recommend that

"We have no record of any complaint. This is 2 years old! Did you have a police report made? I will be calling your insurance adjuster to verify if you have been Paid for these items. I have pictures of everything that has been thrown away. I will be talking to my attorney about a slander lawsuit on you for this false accusation"

Be sure and request Dudley who has many years of experience.
They were early for the appointment and did the best job that I have EVER had done on my carpet.  There was an area in the upstairs that no one has ever been able to remove, and they did it!  They explain everything, especially their unique TRUE steam method they use, which is much more powerful than other carpet cleaners.
The house smells lovely as their products are all environmentally friendly, and this old carpet has never looked so good!
They may cost a bit more, but never has it been so true that you get what you pay for.
Highly recommended.

They gave us the lowest quote & since I saw them on Angie's List, I thought it was smart to go with them.  After agreeing to their estimate, we couldn't get them to commit to a date to come.  We had a house that we needed to completely gut and fix up to sell because the people who lived there on land contract had trashed it and left several areas of black mold.  After waiting a week for the company to call back, my husband went ahead and took out the paneling.   When Dennis found out, he was upset and told my husband that he screwed everything up.  Well, I do agree that my husband shouldn't have done that but we couldn't just sit there for weeks waiting for them to respond.  We had a LOT of work to do.  So, they upped the estimate to include "vacuuming" all of the walls for mold spores.  That was fine, we had no problem with that.  It was supposed to be a 2-day project.  When they finally came, they worked for about two hours and left.  We called the next day to ask why, and they told us that they didn't know why the guys left, but that they would have them come back in a few days.  More waiting....and then when they finally came, they again only worked for a few hours and left.  Before they even came the first time, we noted that there were a lot of cobwebs on the walls that had the mold, as well as several of the walls upstairs.  Well guess what - - after they said that they were DONE, the cobwebs were still there!  Now, how can you treat an entire house without disturbing any of the cobwebs?  When we called to ask about this, Dennis told my husband, "We don't do housekeeping".  Wow!  At that point, I got on the phone and spoke with the general manager.  He then had the guys come back a third time.  This entire situation took over a month.  We had no idea that it would take that long.  Obviously we are not pleased with the service that we received from this company.

"The job was mold remediation (not carpet cleaning). My contact was [member name remove] on this project. I explained at the estimate (and charges in my estimate) time for setting containment, air scrubbers to control the tear out of contaminated walls, ceiling fixtures. [member name remove] choose to do the tear out with out containment & himself unprotected. The result was contaminating the rest of the house. We scheduled their project as soon as we could after [member name remove] contacted us. The first two time in there home were scheduled. The third time which was July 1st , 2014- we went through the entire house demonstrating to [member name remove] the mold had been killed. He was concerned with discoloration on basement wall paint, we recommended a sealer & coat of paint to cover. After we completed going over everything with [member name remove] on July 1st, he was going to get the paint & paint the walls. Our responsibility on this project was to remediate the mold problem & our tests on July 1st demonstrated we were successful. I am not sure what else to tell [member name remove]. The mold is taken care of and some painting will need to be done."

Cleaners called and asked if they could come two hours early, since they had no jobs scheduled.  I said no, since it would not fit our schedule.  I asked them to come at the scheduled time.  Cleaners came 20 minutes early.
Our carpet is old with some stains.  I didn't expect perfection.  Cleaners worked very fast, and didn't do a through job.  Cleaners made no attempt at some stains, saying they would never come out.  In general, I expect the cleaning to take twice as long.  Slow down.  Let the machine work on the carpet longer.  Especially if you have no other jobs scheduled.
We moved all the furniture ourselves, before they arrived.  I'm not sure what other customers do, but we always have everything cleared and ready.  This should give them more time to clean.  There is no reason to rush through.

Two gentlemen arrived on the scheduled time. They commenced to clean the above described areas with a wet solution. They did not move any of the end tables or furniture, but cleaned only around them. (disappointed with that)
When they were finished they informed us that the areas would probably be dry after 24/36 hours, and that we should use fans to speed up the drying process.
The gentlemen were very courteous and friendly.
We would probably have been very unsatisfied if we would have had to pay the stated full price of this service, but I guess for the big deal price of $99.00 it was satisfactory. Won't know for certain until the carpeting dries.

Would have liked more styro-furniture-feet for use and lift as I returned furniture (moved out onto the deck) back into place upon wet carpet while it dried that evening.
Would have liked a walk-thru review to check specific areas with the Cleaning Pro present.
Very pleasant and cordial professionals. Enjoy the small talk, but more so 'after' goals have been met.
No email responses when attempting to contact / schedule via email on their website.
I had to reschedule my initial visit. Neither the initial date or the rescheduled date received a confirmation call even though scheduling took place far in advance [over a month from promo to actual use]. I had to call myself to make sure someone from Steamatic was indeed coming to our home.

The men were very polite but professional. They did their job efficiently, packed up and left. They wore their blue shoe covers, and asked me to put on some white socks, so as to not leave stains on the carpet while wet. I enjoyed their conversation etc.

I called Anderson Bros. after talking to my insurance agent on the 11th of Dec. and within the hour the owner of the company came out and surveyed the damage.  In the following hour he had two men come and take out the burnt microwave and dispose of it to get the majority of the smell from the house.  Wednesday the ducts were cleaned and the kitchen wiped down, dishes washed etc...Thursday the carpet and upholstery were cleaned and the chandelier removed.  Monday the 17th the furniture was taken off the blocks and put back in the original arrangement.
The workers were very congenial and respectful of my home and belongings.

.The owner called for a followup on how everything was done and performed to my satisfaction.  I was told to call them at any time if something wasn't right or it was missed in the clean up.

The man they sent was very unprepared for the job.
His equipment was faulty (the scanner to read dampness didn't work properly)  he had to go get another one.
By the time he returned my husband had almost all the fecal matter and contaminated water sucked up in our wet dry vac!.
The
Tech then sucked up any remaining spill, and had to cut the carpet away
from the stairway and kitchen area, in cutting the carpet he had to
pull it so hard that it stretched the wet carpet excessively.  He
removed the wet padding, and laid the carpet back down.
The tech then
proceeded to try and spray the anti-bacterial liquid, his sprayer did
not work, so he just poured the anti bacterial liquid on the carpet, and
spread it with his gloved hands!!!  Then he brought in a huge
dehumidifier and 7 huge fans.  The carpet at this point was sopping wet
with the antibacterial liquid!  The fans ran 24 hours, and the next day
the tech and I think his boss came back,  and by this time the smell was
awful,  I was already feeling ill, as was my husband and our pets.  At
this point, they (Anderson bros. reps) asked us to sign off that they
were done with the clean-up.  We refused and told them they weren't
done, and the job they did was unacceptable.  They ended up cutting the
whole piece of carpeting our, the rep then said they couldn't guarantee a
3rd degree spill, (Meaning, tainted water from a toilet).  I asked why
they went thru the motions like they could save the carpet, he replied
there was no fecal matter on the carpet, to which I replied, because my
husband had already picked it all up with our wet dry Vac, by the time
the tech returned with a different wet scanner.  He even told my husband
to be sure to wash out the vac with bleach!!  If this was not an
insurance matter, I would have a BIG problem paying them the $785.00.
The tech also broke several tile on our kitchen floor while he took out
the carpet tack strips.  I have never before had such a bad experience with a carpet cleaning company, and I have almost 3500 sq  yards of carpeting, and have had it cleaned several times over the last 15 years.

Everything was fine overall. They did what they were asked to do. The only thing that I remember was the price was higher than I expected; they quoted a fee, and then there were a few other additional add-ons when I got the bill. After they cleaned the carpets, there was some stuff that came up, which they came back to clean without any problems.
