This project had to be done so we would be able to use the classroom the following Sunday. J&M came in and removed the wall, installed a support beam, and finished the project so the two rooms looked like they had always been a single room. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. with...and we have been home-owners for 15 years! Bob was available
on the phone, from the first phone call, and great with communication
all the way around. He worked us in right away, on our schedule, and
we were fortunate enough to have him work us in the very next day
after he came out to give us an estimate.
Bob and matt worked hard and non-stop from the moment they got to
our house. We had a few projects to be done that day, two wall
sconces and a ceiling fan light fixture where there was no ceiling
fan before. Of course, I wanted the sconces where I wanted them ( I
don't like to hear ?no'? when I want something the way I want it!
;) ), and as challenging as it was, bob and matt never once suggested
it would be easier to put them a little off my marks. Bob said, ?ok,
that's where you want them, that's where they will go.? you have
to love that! It was just positive energy the whole time, bob and
matt have a very positive, ?can do,? attitude. Now I have
everything just exactly the way I envisioned it, without the damage
to the walls I was expecting, it just looks amazing and i'm so
delighted that I didn't have the wall repair I was expecting because
they worked a miracle on that job! I just love that they spent the
extra time to work hard and not take any short-cuts to give me what I
wanted without any damage to the wall. I also love that bob stuck to
the estimate he gave us (very reasonable), even though I am pretty
sure the job took a little longer than any of us thought is was going
to.
On a more personal note, bob and matt were a joy to have in the
house, I am bi-polar 1 and have extreme anxiety issues, so, for me,
it is difficult to have people in the house sometimes, (it is my
fortress of solitude! Lol) so, when I say it was a joy to have bob
and matt in the house, that is a big deal for me! All the time they
were working their butts' off, but still bringing positive energy
into the house, and I can't wait to have them back because I know
they will just be a joy to have around, and I know they will do a
great job on anything we hire them to do!
if you are looking for a contractor to do work in your house, hire

and matt leave, you will be smiling for days!

"The new porch will be maintenance free since the old wooden decking has now been replaced with composite.  Matt and Jeff are so conscientious and thorough and it shows through from the beginning of the job to completion.  In addition, Matt helped us greatly with his creativity and great eye for what works and what doesn't in terms of design and color.  
We did obtain three different bids and Matt's was the highest but in the end, as the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for". Now that the job is done, we are so glad we decided to go with Build LLC for this job!  Matt and Jeff both demonstrate pride in every facet of the work they do.  
We have more interior "refreshing" work to accomplish over the winter and we'll be hiring Matt for this work as well.  We would gladly and without hesitation,  recommend Matt and Build LLC for any work that you may need.
