I take great pride in taking the time to clean carpets properly, and at a fair price as well. I take the time to measure every job to ensure proper square foot pricing. I have nothing against per room cleaning but I know I clean about 350 to 450 square ft an hour and can tell you up front how much it will cost and how much time I will need to complete the job. Included in my up front pricing is all pre treats and majority of the time stain removing (major or lots of hard stains can add to the time and cost of job)
