"The job went smoothly and the results were excellent. My only complaint, as the wife and who the tub was for, was that the salesman made me feel invisible. He spent 5 hours in our home, explaining the tub, and rarely looked at or spoke to me. I felt that was somewhat discourteous. When the consultant, Darian Bobby, came to our home to talk to us about a walk in jacuzzi tub, a lot of the questions I had were technical and when I asked them Darian seemed to mostly focus on me. My wife felt a little left out of the conversation. After the consultation we went to their location to see a sample and do a sort of test drive of the jacuzzi. They had the actual walk-in tub available for my wife to try. We found that the door was inadequate and my wife, who is handicapped, was unable to get clear of the door with her legs so we changed to a larger tub. One of the things they had to do because it was a larger, heavier unit, getting it up the stairway that has a bend in it, they had to use a lot of men and a lot of due diligence to get it upstairs without damaging the walls or openings. They had to remove the wood framing from two doorways to get the tub in the bathroom. In additional to having to remove the old tub there was a lot of technical work that had to be done by electricians and such. What would be of interest to most people would be the quality of the work they did around the tub to finish the area. It was done to perfection. I would give credit to Steve, their production manager, Todd, and Chad. The finished product gave a professional appearance to the Nth degree."
