"I tried everything I could think of to keep out the 14" of water I would get in my basement, then I hired another company (shall remain nameless) just to have their system ripped up in 2 and a half short years because they would not honor their warranty. As a last ditch effort before bulldozing my home or filling my basement in with stone and making it a crawl space, I called EverDry of Michiana and to my surprise, the price was very reasonable compared to other companies. I live in an area with a very high water table and keeping water out is a major issue. The install was almost effortless on my part. I had some issues later and was very pleased that EverDry honored their promise to come back out and do what needed to be done (like adding more finger drains) to keep the water table below my floor. "Michael Brooks and his associate came on time for a schedule basement inspection. They were very thorough and explained their findings and advice. They also explained financing options. We decided on the AquaStop Basement Triple Sump Pump fitted to the existing drain tile. With a deposit on the day of inspection, we were also able to finance the remainder of the cost, which helps us get through tax time. On the day of the install, Jacob called as promised to advise us of their estimated arrival time. The crew, Jacob, Dustin, Cesar, and Jaden, were efficient and responsive to questions. "Russ is one of the few contractors I've hired that over-delivered on what he promised. We hired his company to install carbon fiber straps on two of our basement walls that were starting to bow in a bit. We had quotes from several other companies, and we chose Precision Foundation Systems because their rates were competitive, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the process, and there was no BS nickle and diming going on like a lot of the other companies. He just quoted an all-in rate, then did a really beautiful job. They installed additional bracing where needed (and other companies did not include) and even added an additional strap at no addition charge--all to ensure he was completely resolving the issue and not leaving us with a potential problem in the future. He didn't mark up the permits at all either, which we appreciated. At the end of the day, it's all about the quality of the work, and I can't imagine anyone doing it better, cleaner, or more professionally. Thank you for exceeding our expectations Russ!
