"They were professional and quick. It was a bit pricey in my opinion but most plumbing usually is. We had a clogged drain and they did a mechanical snake from the roof down the vent pipe for $450. They also threw in a 30 day warranty in case the snake didn't fully clear the block, which is reassuring. However, they were confident that the block was resolved. Toilets and shower are draining so it's looking like it worked. Would hire again."

"They only charged me for one visit ($75) plus the cost to dispose of old hot water heater, etc.  The toilet wasn't fixed correctly the first visit, so  when the same guy came out to bring the new hot water heater out (had to be ordered) he fixed it at no additional service visit. The hot water heater is amazing!  We have 3 people living here and it is great.  It even has a tub around the bottom in case it leaks in the future.  I am very pleased with these people and highly recommend them!

The most common toilet repair is dealing with clogs, followed closely by replacing a worn-out flapper. You definitely can over-tighten toilet tank bolts. Unlike some other materials, porcelain can’t bend or flex, so when you over-tighten a screw into it, it could break against the added pressure. A toilet flapper will remain open when the chain that it is connected to is too short. The chain should lift the flapper just enough to allow it to open the rest of the way on its own. The chain should have just about half an inch of slack.
