He came about 2:00 AM. He was very efficient and was done in no time flat. He even helped moving some of the boxes from the floor since we just moved in to this new home. What a great Company. They also threw in a 30 day warranty in case the snake didn't fully clear the block, which is reassuring. However, they were confident that the block was resolved. Toilets and shower are draining so it's looking like it worked. Would hire again."
