"Wow! Wow! Wow! We had a complete outdoor landscaping and deck remodel! We finally took the leap and got it done after years of pondering. We couldn't be happier! We are so excited about our newly rebuilt paver deck, the expansion of our driveway with pavers, backyard landscaping, plus the revamping of our front yard land landscaping too! We had an old school wooden deck. Plus, we had the original, basic landscaping that the builders first installed years ago. We needed simple, low-maintenance landscaping for our hectic lives. I was often embarrassed that we couldn't keep up with our old landscaping. Now, it looks amazing and our neighbors compliment us all the time! Austin and Jason worked with us to make our dreams come true with this ideal outdoor space. While the price tag wasn't cheap, it was definitely fair for all the design, structure and premium materials. Austin did the original, computer generated design which hung on our kitchen wall the whole winter before they could get started. We love the whole project; and my husband is over the moon to see our driveway widened. Plus, we never have to repaint the deck again! Jason, the hands-on crew leader, is true gem and visionary! He took the time and energy to work with us to make sure we were getting the exact look of the deck and landscaping we wanted. He helped us make decisions when it came to color, texture and shaping too. He is a true expert in this field. His crew members were very kind, and worked diligently until the project was completed. I felt confident that while the Moccia crew (led by Jason) was working, that they always had our best intentions in mind. Thank you, Moccia! You all truly rock! "I hired MAC Landscaping & Design in May 2020 to install a French Drain and subsequent regrading for the backyard. My neighbor told me this would be a waste of money as â environmental engineers,â â city officials,â and â multiple companiesâ she contacted said the pooling of water couldnâ t be fixed. Mike came to my home, took detailed measurements, and told me (with confidence) he could give me a dry backyard. One year later, after the snow came and melted, after downpours and freezing temps, I saw the proof that his design worked, and now I watch my neighbors deal with stagnant water while I enjoy a beautiful, healthy lawn. But my main reason for writing this review (as I typically do not) is for the back patio Mike installed off my kitchen. During Mikeâ s initial visit for the French Drain, I had inquired about wood or vinyl decking and what he would charge to install one. I had received quotes for both materials from several companies and wanted to see how Mikeâ s would compare. Mike explained why he wouldnâ t recommend this for my yard (issues related to moisture) and suggested a raised paver patio instead. Within a week, I was sent a 3D design detailing the layout and explaining the costs. Not only was his design esthetically pleasing, but it also cost less than the wood or vinyl decking. I agreed and have never been happier with the results of a home project. This patio and backyard have been a lifesaver for me! I saw how Mike and his crew worked; they were on time, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable! Being so please with the backyard, I ended up having the front of my home redone. Mike installed a beautiful walkway and large front porch (to match the back) and planted shrubs, flowers, put down mulch, and lighting.
