"Rob was excellent! Professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. I wish I had recorded all the information he shared about fireplace safety before he even started cleaning. Thorough cleaning, but the value was in the inspection. "They did an excellent job! They (Shadrick & Sam) were very knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt! Cleaning fireplaces is very messy work, but they protected our new carpet nicely with drop cloths. And they did a great job cleaning up after their work was complete. We will need some repairs as a result of the inspection, but Shadrick was very informative and explained why the repairs needed to be made and how the repairs would be made when we schedule the work."
