The system did not work properly when initially installed, so the following Monday, a repair technician came and performed diagnosis and trouble shooting, in contact with manufacturer's rep. He was able to correct the problem and got the system operating.
In addition, to address my concerns that the condenser unit might have been damaged, they subsequently replaced that part of the system to ensure reliability.
I was very happy with their responsiveness to my concerns.

"The repair person, Keith, came a couple weeks ago and had to order the defroster for the refrigerator.  The part was delayed coming but the technician came back once (without charge) just to manually thaw out the coils so the refrigerator would continue to cool properly.  The part was installed today and the refrigerator runs great.  He explained what was going on, exactly what it would cost, and tried to keep me informed as to the part's arrival and installation.  I would definitely recommend their services!

When the old cabinets were taking out they discovered a leak years ago that was fixed by someone else but not correctly and had created a lot of mold and mildew. Tom and his crew being the professionals that they are, made sure all mold was removed, and everything was done correctly and safely. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
