In addition, to address my concerns that the condenser unit might have been damaged, they subsequently replaced that part of the system to ensure reliability.

"the proposal process was very professional and impressive with quick follow up. their pricing was good so decided to have them do the job. Installation day -arrived an hour later than expected ,no explanation, took lunch break-gone for 2 hours (had to pick up parts) found needed other material to finish job-one left..... job did get completed same day but not till almost 7:00pm. also unimpressed with effort to keep traffic areas clean (no shoe covers or drop clothes )-took 3 weeks to get final paperwork, warranties etc. and follow up with inspector still incomplete"
