They put the sheets on the bed inside out (and the bed was not made in a professional way, such a s a hotel would make beds). The kitchen cabinets still had fingerprints all over. While they moved furniture to vacuum, they didn't vacuum under the couch cushions unless I asked. I had verbally confirmed a date with them once, and they did not show, just texted me the next week and rescheduled with no mention of missing it. From a business sense, they seem a little new at this and perhaps need to be better organized. They were very friendly to me and my family. However, for the price ($90-130 each time), I will be looking for a company that does a more thorough job. To be fair, I was a former maid and have high standard of what I consider clean."
