He was on time and told me what I had, what he was going to do and expectations. He also said if there was a problem, he could come back out. The treatment was successful as he predicted.

I work in Property Management. We have used Rose Pest Solutions on multiple properties. They do a great job. They are thorough, professional, and reasonably priced.

We had a nest of bees within our outside door wall. Tried everything we could think of before we called Rose. Very thankful we called Rose. They eradicated the bees with 1 application; however, they came back 2 weeks later and sprayed again to make sure. Rose was fast, arriving on time, efficient and did exactly what they promised. Telephone customer service was awesome. I would always called Rose if we ever have another issue.

Great service in all aspects of the job!!

A rat hole. I was not happy with their service. I never knew when they were coming which made things difficult because I have a dog who has access to the backyard through a dog door. They also never left me any information on what they found, or what they did. They never picked up the rat boxes. I will never use them again.

He did a great job. Wayne was very methodical in removing the nest and safe. He got suited up first. He then sprayed insecticide directly into the nest for a while, then removed the nest from the tree branch. He was very professional and on time. Would definitely hire again.

Material was placed with an offer to return if problem is still there.

I needed a VA pest inspection done in order to sell my home. The company was able to get out to him home in time and they were the cheapest around. But as far as what the actually inspected is unknown. The employee was very nice and noted what he was looking for, wore booties through out the house. But I paid $125 for them to spend less than 5 minutes in the house. For the purpose of selling this worked, but if it was for my own home I would probably pass on using them.

Problem treated. Had a re-occurrence and they were back to remedy. Response time lag on 2nd call but would definitely use them again.

They were nice to deal with over the phone, and the service guy was nice. That is where it ends for compliments. I was charged $220 and that was supposed to cover 4 weeks of the tech coming out 1x per week to check the traps and make changes if needed. Tech guy was 20 minutes late the first day for the estimate and review. He was 10-15 minutes late the next week and was only at my house for a total of 5 minutes. Third week he was again 25 minutes late and I had just gotten in my car to leave for work when he pulls in. I received no phone call at any time to let me know that he was running late and my appointments were scheduled before leaving for work each time, so I was late for work every time. He said on the second visit after we did not catch anything that he may have to try a glue trap instead, but on the third visit he made no adjustments and literally was at my house for 5 minutes. I needed to still schedule my last visit with them. I had talked with the girl that called to collect the balance (I had paid 2/3 up front) and told her all of the issues and that I still had mice and NONE had been caught in any traps to that point. She told me that the "agreement" was only for 3 weeks of service, however that she would send him back out for another two weeks at no additional charge. The service guy did tell me that it would be for 4 visits the very first day. Honestly I did not take them up on the other two visits because I am over it. I could have done all of this myself. The reason that I hadn't was because I wasn't sure if I had a squirrel or raccoon in the attic and I did not want to tackle those animals myself. Once they had come out, I had to pay the $90 service fee or apply it towards service, so I chose to apply it.
