"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

They turned their back, didn’t take ownership and deflected blame. I took this company to court and was compensated. I’ve heard from other dissatisfied customer’s this isn’t the first time nor the last … You reap what you sow. If you choose to do business with this company protect yourself, do not sign their hold harmless and do not trust their word. This company states it’s built on integrity, honesty and trust. Just because it’s a veteran owned company doesn’t mean they inherently have these traits. I’d argue if a veteran has to highlight that, they are the opposite of what they say."

The three main types of home inspections you should always carry out for new construction include a pre-drywall inspection, a post-drywall inspection, and a one-year inspection. The pre-drywall inspection can identify building code violations, issues with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components, and structural issues. Beyond having an inspection, it’s important to do chimney maintenance at least annually to be certain the chimney is safe to use. Cleaning the flue of any built-up particles, creosote, and soot reduces the risk of fire.
