After a full inspection they determined that my problem was not my basement, it was with the chimney. "I dont like the fact that FSM does not schedule any inspections by city and gets paid in full without the final inspection being completed.What happens if the inspection fails and again the homeowner is responsible for scheduling the inspections. Not good.Also the permit process all messed up."
