And throughout the process, Mike continued to communicate with us changes that needed to be made based on the elevation of our yard. I also appreciate his effort in learning to pronounce and use my name - itâ s not something that other contractors even attempted. My wife also enjoyed talking to Mike. Specifically, she appreciated that Mike treated her and I with the same amount of respect. Her experience with most contractors is often unpleasant because they would talk around her or dismiss her questions or suggestions. Mike, however, listened to her input and respected her decisions. We are very satisfied with the result, and more important, we enjoyed our interactions with Mike throughout the entire process of the project. In fact, we have already started talking to Mike about returning at a later time to landscape our front lawn.
