I never had any issue. They are better company that I hire before. I been using them for 5 years. They are friendly and will take time to talk to you. They will call us back if they didn't respond for the calls.

Great, very punctual & professional. The price is the best all around. I'd recommend them to neighbors & friends alike. I'm always getting complements from neighbors and people will stop to comment if I'm outside and they are driving past the house.

It was a packaged deal. It was a couple hundred dollars. You had to sign up for 8 treatments.

So far, so good. I feel that it is too early in the season to tell. Paid for the entire season up front with the special they had online. There was an issue with doing it online, and I ended up getting charged twice. After a few phone calls they credited my account for the extra charge. It took some time, but they were very nice about it. I'm happy.

A week after the service, my lawn was getting yellow spots, like the leave or roots were burned. I called the service and ask them to come by and take a look. Tim looked at my lawn around 6/18/15, and called me. He reported he saw signs of at least two lawn diseases;
leaf spot disease
red thread disease
He couldn't be for sure, but he thought there might be some other stuff going on there. He did suggest I take advantage of their lawn aeration service. He said he also noticed I had bent grass - polla annua growing in my lawn. I asked him why did he think it showed up right after his treatment, and did he think it had anything to do with it. He said there could be several factors as to why it happened at just that time, and all were circumstantial. In no way could any treatment they did have anything to do with it. OK. I thanked him and concluded the coversation.
I Googled the above lawn diseases, and reviewed the images. There are hundreds of images showing these diseases presenting in slightly different appearance. None of these were a close match to my lawn. I took pictures of my lawn, but at the moment I am not taking the time to locate them. I also looked up "polla anua". Apparently it is a strain of grass used in some golf courses. I am not sure why this came up in a discussion about my lawn problems.
I called the company back on 6/22/15 and cancelled my service. They asked why, and I told them that I cannot do business with a company I don't trust. I explained (see above), and the phone associate was about to offer another disease possibility, but I thanked her and ended the conversation.
About three to four weeks later the yellow went away in my front lawn. In my back yard, there were some spots that actually died off. There is a different (shady) seed that is in these areas. That are starting to come back. I have not had a lawn service all summer, save for Richter's, and have not applied any treatments myself. This is more due to procrastination, but it works out pretty nice for this narrative.
I can put up with a lot of things from suppliers, but lying is not one that I tolerate.

I have used Richter's at my old house, and new house for lawn fertilization. At the old place, after a year of fertilization, the lawn looked spectacular. It was so healthy and full. I have started at my new house, and have noticed that once again after a few treatments with Richter's, my lawn is starting to look really good. They are always friendly on the phone, a detailed explanation of what was applied, what weeds the solution will kill, and any other observations are left at time of service. The prices are right in line with other companies, but I have never felt like I was being up sold, or told that I needed all these additional treatments, like previous fertilizer companies. I recommend this company to anyone looking to get their lawn in great shape!

I must really brag on their tree and shrub service the most. It wasn't something i thought I'd see any results from and figured I would drop the service after one season. I was wrong!
I have a "brown thumb" so I don't usually buy quality landscape plants as I figure somehow I will inadvertently kill said plant. With the tree/shrub care you cannot tell which plants I purchased at some well known quality nursery in top condition for top dollar and which ones I purchased on clearance at "roadside no warranty" place for $5.00!
The biggest improvement we saw was with the deep root feeding, it cost a bit more than the other services but it does so much. We had so much increased growth that we are afraid to do it each season as we might run out of room in our backyard!
Love this company, top shelf people!

We switched to Richter's from a national company. Both companies have done a good job, but Richter's is by far the better value. Anytime we've had to contact them, they've been quick to respond and are very pleasant to deal with.

Enrolled in mid April and they made the call when the weather warmed up enough to be of value. Excellent results! Grass is deep green and no weeds!

Weed wise the lawn looks ok. We paid for soil conditioner that the tech kept recommending. A month after the soli conditioner which he said took care of yellowish spots, he recommended it again. Confused as to what I paid for I called and was told he must have entered the wrong code when printing our lawn report on our bill. I asked if they could find out what he ment to recommend but never heard back. I also had ordered the mosquito control for my daughter's grad party. I was told they would come the Monday prior, that it would be $89 and it would last 5-6 weeks. The week of the party I had not seen them so I called to confirm they were coming. They told me I was on the schedule for Saturday, the day after my party. After a few calls back and forth they did show the day before but we still had mosquitos at the party. Two weeks after we had people over again and the Mosquitos were horrible. Then I got the bill and was charged $10 more than I had been quoted. When I called to complain they did not believe me that I was quoted a different price and I was told that the treatment was only supposed to last 3-4 weeks ( it did not last that long). The woman that answers the phone and takes orders takes no responsabilty and puts the manager on the phone who made it clear that they were not interested in keeping us as customers. We have spent a good amount of money with them. This is the worst customer service I've had in a long time.

The cost shown is for a full year of weed/feed service including grub control on our large corner lot. If I see a potential issue they come right out.
