Kut Lawn Care

So far so good. They have been out here once last week and did a great job.

They were always prompt, first customer on Mondays at 8:00 am. Did a thorough job. Weed whacked the weeds growing between the concrete. Were careful of my rose bushes and plants, always cleared the weeds even in the flower beds. This year, would not weed whack weeds growing between the cracks, weeds became large and when I addressed this with the employee, he said the weeds looked really nice. Tonight was the final straw. After almost a week of rain, they showed up at dusk, made ruts in ground with riding lawn mowers and chopped some grass to the ground. Ran over and destroyed two rose bushes. The larger one at the back was among the weeds they would not cut, and the other had no weeds around it, but they had defoliated it due to weed whacking previously. One rose I had for over 20 years, the other was planted two years ago, called Mr. Lincoln, which I dearly loved. It had flowered this year and now there is no sign of it. The owners are on vacation, so when I called their number, they had a message not to leave a message.

Kut's employees are incredibly reliable and proficient. Always on schedule and always professional. Cliff & Cynthia (Cindy) Kemp - the owners - are incredibly gracious and accommodating. I've used their service for years.

Kut Grass came to cut grass on Monday unless they came the next day.

The two men double checked with us the job to insure they were cutting the right shrubs and to our determined height. They worked quickly and professionaly in doing a great job and clean up. Highly recommend!

They were good. They were very good. Its a typical lawn service. It takes thirty minutes to complete. It was good. They were responsive, very good, and they do their job.

We called KUT for fertilization and our grass is greener and healthier! We've had many compliments from the neighbors I have and will recommend kut to everyone!!!

We were considering hiring Kut Lawn Care for our winter snow removal and we had not signed a contract, but had decided on this company. In the interim of sending back the contract, we experienced a snow squall that dumped approx 4 inches of snow.
I called Kirk, the Owner, and asked if he might be able to remove our snow.
Kirk sent Mark out in a very timely manner considering all of the other Customers they had.
I can honestly say I've never had a better snow removal experience.
Mark was fast and thorough and polite.
I would highly recommend Kut Lawn Service based on my observation of Mark's work.

I've used this company for years and have never had a problem. I use them for aeration, fertilizing, weekly lawn cutting and snow removal. They show up on time and do a great job whether it's lawn care or snow removal. The charges for these services are very reasonable and I would highly recommend this company.

We signed a contract for snow removal from walks, driveways, patio, and porch. I would have liked them to come a little sooner, but this was an exceptional winter. Also, he didn't always clear the entire porch or patio.

Was very glad I had snow removal this year and they were on time and removed all of the snow from the drive and side walk. Last summer my grass was the greenest lawn in the nieborhood . A lot better than the last company I had before. Thank you Kut Lawn Care.

The owner came and provided the estimate in a timely manner. However, the actual cut service was poor. Some uncut strips were left, the weed whacking around the flower beds cut the grass down to the dirt and they didn't do a 3-foot section alongside the driveway. When I called and complained, they did send someone out the next to to cut the missed section by the driveway.
I was not home when the service was provided. However, as the neighbors said they only spent 5 minutes on the lawn, repeatedly ran the mower into a new tree planting and were "rough" to look at, I discontinued the service after the first visit.

Their quality is always very good.  They are very timely.  They get the job done.
