This was an awful experience. I had agreed on the phone for five light fixtures to be replaced. Four of the light were in a ceiling with drop ceiling tiles. It was agreed that they would replace the damaged drop ceiling tiles with the job. They did not replace the tiles.

He redid a "duct tape' patch, and installed new light bulbs. Everything is working much better now.

Fixed the problem. In addition botom door seal was reinforced, opener lights were repaired, and door was lubricated. The scope of work was beyond my expectations and done quickly.

Other than Board of Water and Light not marking the water lines so they had to stop work until the next day, they did a great job and were awesome. Very professional and explained everything in layman's terms and kept us informed of everything at all times.
