"Awesome experience! Love this company. I just purchased a new house and was immediately disgusted by the yellowing ventilated shelving that was left in the pantry. I asked closet factory for a modern and functional design. They did a great job. From the sales people, installers and the company owners - Everyone was very helpful and came though with a gorgeous and highly functional solution. This was just the first on this home - as I have several other projects that need to be completed - mud room, entertainment centers, closets - I look forward to working with this company again."

"Their quality of work was great......As far as their customer service...I have another small deck that I need refinishing but wasn't ready while they were doing the large deck and stairs. I had new metal railings and post sleeves installed. I have repeatedly called and left messages with no callback. I did get through once but and spoke to Jake but he never touched base with me again. Also they say that a $25 gas card will be given to a paid in full job. The job was paid and no gas card. They said it would be mailed. I'm still waiting...Overall they did a good job but their customer service could be better."
