Extremely diligent, efficient, and timely

Needed help with track lighting - one pendant lamp would not light. Described problem in detail to Ryan and the tech that eventually came. I did this to see if they thought it was something they could fix. They did not seem that interested in my description of the problem. Response was that they would come over and that would cost $89 minimum. When the tech arrived he did the same obvious things I had done already, then said he could not fix the light that was not working. Did not even have proper tools to determine if the bulb socket was receiving electricity. Was in my home for about 20 minutes, asked for a check, and left. Also did not wear a mask or ask if I wanted him to mask up. No coverings on shoes. I think they are primarily a heating and AC outfit. Would never hire again. Felt pushed and pressured to have them make the initial visit.

Pat Ryan and his assistants solved the problems for which I had called on them and proceeded to identify other electrical issues that needed attention.

The technician Kale was amazing and skillful, focused and kept his mask on at all times in our home but the owner was bad about wearing a mask. I felt the owner is very high pressure and pushed us into work we didn't need to have done. We ended up spending thousands when the actual problem was a simple plug replacement. So, the company has great technical skills and experience but watch out for the high pressure sales.

Very professional. Showed up on time, completed the work on time, charged the exact amount we agreed on. My only complaint, first visit was for an estimate and the owner did not wear a mask in my house.

Because of COVID-19 the company should make sure that our technician are wearing mask I donâ t have to be asked to put it on I think dad the business Should practice this at all times until this pandemic is over

Would give 0 stars if I could. Gave off really bad, creepy old man vibes, told inappropriate jokes as his introduction, as well as his goodbye. Needed 1 small job done (maybe $200 job), managed to find 12 other things wrong and quoted us almost $4500. Second AND third opinion came in and said additional jobs were totally not needed and both quoted us under $400. Also, estimate was not free as advertised.

They did a good job time will tell if repairs hold.

They were sloppy. Spilled insulation all over drawers, carpet and floor only partial cleaned up. I had provide bag.and charged me more than they quoted. Boss pat hung up on me.

Mr. Ryan quoted immediately and we contracted the day he visited. Not sure if rate was competitive, but shortage of skilled trade people is very real. We felt his quote was reasonable. A couple of other contractors said they would send a quote after assessing, and we never heard from them again. Ryan Electric showed as scheduled. The electrician who did the work was personable and did a great job for us. Consumers Energy was busy due to high winds, but Pat Ryan followed up and got them back to restore our power by the end of the day when work was completed.

I had them out to inspect my AC, my furnace, and give me an estimate for a chimney-related problem. They concluded that the AC had sufficient refrigerant, pressure, and produced sufficient temperature difference both at the compressor and inside the home. However, in the next days it got very hot, and while the inside fan was running, the AC did not really produce any cool air. After two days of enduring this, I mentioned it to another HVAC company who visited me for the same estimate for my chimney matter (for which they ended up charging less than half of what Ryan wanted, but that is another matter), and he took a quick look. We both went to the compressor, and it turned out that the Ryan techs had left the fuses disconnected and sitting on the compressor, so the outside unit never kicked on! To make matters worse, they had also not put the little screw caps on the valves where they hook up their recharge equipment. This means the valves would be exposed to the element, and this being close to the ground, likely plug up over time with grime. So, they made two major beginner s mistakes with my AC! They then asked me to email pictures, which I did, but never called back or contacted me again. When I then called them again, Mr. Ryan twice hung up on me. STAY AWAY!

They were very efficient and did an excellent job of going through the whole house to make sure everything was working right.

Courteous, job completed, waiting on inspection. Inspection done completion of project finished. Happy with results.

Lots of disconnect regarding communication. However, they did do the job and we are glad the work was done.

Very pleased with their work and will hire them again.
