The work went fine, but only a few months later the new bricks began to crumble and fall apart. Now, it looks about the same as before, but TKO won't answer our phone calls or return our voicemails about repairing the work they did.

Their quality has been so far so good. Their guy comes over to my house when anything needs to be done such as changing the box or repairing the cable, after I make an appointment with them over the phone.
