It was a simple screen repair. The work was fine.

They did a great job for us. The quality of the new units is excellent, as was their installation. Robertson's was incredibly helpful in scheduling their removal of the old units just prior to the house being painted, and then installing the new units immediately after the painting. We also appreciated the loaner screen units they lent us in between. Our sincere thanks to them!

The entire process was much smoother than I expected going into things. It took a little time to get an appointment for an estimate, but they came as promised and the estimate was reasonable. The doors look great and installation was done professionally. The cost of the screens for my new windows was only 20% of what it would have cost me to get them directly from Anderson. They were made to the exact size and specification and installed.

We have a 1920s house, and we wanted to keep the old, oriel-style windows with their rippled glass and historic character. The crummy aluminum storms on the windows dated back to the '60s and didn't line up with the window panes. Robertson's came out, measured our windows carefully, and created beautiful triple-track storms that fit each window seamlessly. No more unsightly bars running across the middle of the glass. Robertson's staff were laid back and easy to work with, very professional. We plan to hire them to do storm doors next.

Excellent service! A friend recommended Robertson's as the best place to have screens mended in Washtenaw County and she was right! I was a bit worried about the screen door repair because our dog had torn it completely out of the frame, but Robertson's said they had seen this before and not to worry. The service provider was happy to talk through the pros and cons of using a heavier screen to prevent it happening again. They completed the work at an affordable price and very efficiently. They called us to let us know it was complete, in addition to setting a specific completion date at the time of dropoff. As a result of our positive experience, we chose to also purchase a screen for our front storm door from them. The previous owner of our house had made the storm door purchase, but we were able to provide the brand and dimensions to Robertson's and they helped us make the right selection.

They offer two Michigan-made brands of doors with multiple color choices. We were able to take sample colors home to see what looked good with our home. Robertson's did the measuring and once the doors were made Robertson's came out and installed them for us. These are solid doors and they look great inside and out. They have really added to our home.

They were ever so kind. They even fastened a permanent threshold at my back door. They suggested it. One of my doors is opening much easier. I was so pleased with the service and couldn't happier. The new doors are beautiful and heavy duty. They fastened a new kick plate and customized it to fit my door. I couldn't be happier. I am totally ecstatic!

Robertson's Storm and Screen Products were quick and straightforward in assessing and giving the estimate. I have used them years ago and I was concerned when I saw the heavy duty screen as I had dogs. The screen was made of steel and it was very costly. But they were so nice and they put in an additional hardwood piece on the bottom of the screen and it was perfect for the dogs to move in and out. I think it was creative and wonderfully practical. I would always recommend them to family and friends. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Very patiently explained options on which windows to choose. Came out and removed old windows so that we could repaint window sills, etc. Installed new windows. Cleaned up afterword. Did a great job and cleaned up after all their work.

Wonderfully. They were always on time. They did not kill my plants. They were very accommodating, coming early to remove the old storms and then waited until I called, so I could have the sashes repainted and then returned to install the new windows. It was a very, very positive experience.
