They are supreme over all other providers. They are great with Customer service. They give you the best price for your area. Other providers I felt like took advantage of me. Wide Open west is the best hands down.

Their quality has been so far so good. Their guy comes over to my house when anything needs to be done such as changing the box or repairing the cable, after I make an appointment with them over the phone.
