"Andy came personally to give us an estimate.  He was on time, personable and professional.  The date was set for the following week.  Crew arrived ON TIME - they worked safely and quickly.  All the work was completed as promised.  The cleanup from taking down the trees was amazing.  I highly recommend their services!"

"Jesh and his crew were awesome! They took out two huge dead tress around a Consumers Power line with no problem. Then they took out the two huge stumps plus five others. They work fast, efficient, price is excellent, the lawn was flat-you wouldn't know there had been a tree there, their clean up is absolutely amazing...my Mom uses a walker down her driveway and there wasn't so much as a twig on her driveway. These guys know what they are doing, show up when they say they will, texted me to confirm and they are very conscientious about their work and the people they are working for. We would for sure hire them again and have recommended them to others."

Tree Service questions, answered by experts

If you aren’t sure what you’re doing, be very careful when cutting mature tree roots (roots larger than 2 inches). Root cutting and pruning can affect both a tree’s stability and its ability to nourish itself. Issues during root cutting can result in damage or injury.

It’s recommended you call in a pro to help, unless it’s a very small tree and you aren’t worried about the prospect of losing the tree.

Pruning a tree is a yearly DIY job that involves removing small dead branches, leaves, and blooms to help the tree grow bigger and stronger. You can often complete the job with basic home gardening tools. Trimming a tree, however, removes larger sections to control the direction the tree grows in and protects your home, utility wires, and yard from potentially dangerous branches.

All of the tree root removal methods mentioned above are effective on any kind of root, whether it’s still growing or simply needs a gentle nudge to finish decomposing. The only difference is that larger roots tend to be harder to remove and may require multiple chemical treatments as well as manual labor to eradicate.

An unsafe tree can cause serious damage to your home and property, so tree inspections are important to ensure your home isn’t in danger from a nearby tree. Unhealthy trees can also be unsafe trees, as diseases and insect damage can compromise a tree’s stability, leading to potential damage and safety risks.

While palm trees can bring aesthetic appeal to your yard, they have a couple of drawbacks. The main disadvantage is that many types require warm climates, so if you live in a cold region, you need to ensure you pick a palm that can withstand the freezing temperatures. Another downside is that maintenance can be difficult because of their height, which means you will need to pay a pro to prune the tree as needed.
