The tech came with a garage door to install, but he was able to fix everything that was wrong with the door and it is working better than ever. Highly recommend.

Technician did a great job and went above and beyond to be sure the door worked properly. Polite, professional and punctual.

The repair man was a my house and had the job completed within 4 hours after I called for service. I have had service by Oxford Overhead Door 3 previous times and they have always been fast and did an excellent job for me. After replacing the springs they balanced the door and checked the opener operation for proper operation. Their total price was less that $200 dollars and a price I got for the same work from another company was almost $500 dollars. They are a good company and they do good work at a fair price.

WOW - custom doors ordered and installed in two weeks with Thanksgiving in the middle of that two weeks is AWESOME service!!!!

The doors were installed quickly and they look fantastic.  The whole experience was very positive.  I would hire Oxford Overhead Door again and I highly recommend them.

I had one spring break on the garage door causing the door to not lift. I called Oxford Overhead to get an estimated and if they could come out. They had a pretty busy schedule but said she would call me back if they had an opening that day. I got a call a few hours later that someone could come over that day. 
The repair man was a nice guy that quickly replaced both springs (no point in taking a chance the other one would break) and replaced the gear box for the garage opener. He has everything necessary on his truck and the work was done quickly and professionally. 
I would suggest if you need service on your garage door to give them a call. Replacement of both springs and the gear box (parts and labor) was just under $300. Worth it to me.

Very good service. Service person notified us and arrive on time.  Knowledgeable of the garage door opener and did a great job repairing it.

Called overhead on Monday afternoon. Scheduled for Tuesday. The tech called 8am on Tuesday and said they would be there around 1-2 pm.  Arrived shortly after 1, replaced springs and lubricated door. Completed within 20 minutes. They did a great job.

I called Oxford Overhead Door to service a garage  door opener which was not working. They came the next day at the scheduled time. They were very friendly, explained the problem and the solution thoroughly. They could have said I needed a new garage door opener, which I would have bought, but they said they could replace a broken part which saved me $200. I have done business with them before and have always gotten excellent service.

My 18 year old Stanley opener was seized up. The truck arrived within hours of my call. I fully expected I would need a new opener given the age and condition but the repair guys, Jim and Brian took it apart and got it going for the cost of a service call. It now works like new. Excellent service.

Couldn't ask for more. These guys are solid no joke. Were able to come out just two days after a call to the office. They called me day of appointment on time just as Brandi had said they would, and showed up just a half hour later. Pleasantly greeted and got straight to work. Garage door on my barn hasn't ever operated this smooth even when it was new from what I rememeber. They know their trade and seem to be proud of it which is something that deserves more respect than it gets in this day in age! Like I said above, they also gave me what seemed to be some fairly unbiased info and tips on what was going on with it and my other two openers on the house as well, so it wasn't like they came out for a small job and were desperate to get me hooked on bigger problems.. The price ended up being a bit lower than what I had expected actually, so that always works for me! I will be upgrading to some new openers for my house sooner than later, and I will most definitely be giving them a ring.

Got an estimate in a couple of days and had new garage door installed within a week of selecting them. They were very helpful and did a great job on the installation. They even helped get the garage door functioning better when they came out to quote. Everything you could hope for when you contract somebody to do a project. It was easy, straight forward, average price and no surprises.

They had come out the day before to help get the door operating before they could replace it the next day. No charge for the repair since I bought a replacement door. The old door and associated hardware was removed and the new door was installed in less than two hours. Did a great job making sure all door materials were cleaned up after the job. Had some good recommendations for recurring maintenance too.

It went very well. Their response time was excellent. They had everything they needed with them on the truck. They called first before coming to the house to very the type of opener I had to ensure they had all the parts if necessary. I had installed the old opener years ago. The new one is professionally installed and is a lot more stable and has a smoother operation.

Someone from Oxford overhead door returned my call right away, she was able to schedule the repair for the next day.. The technician called first thing in the morning and set up a time. He arrived right when he said and was very professional. Finished the job faster than he said he would and cleaned up completely.

Although they fixed the opener, there were several issues with the service -

• - I was at work and asked that the call me with a price before making any repairs. (I thought I might want to replace it with a one that can be monitored over the web, rather than spend more money on the old one.) The serviceman never called me, and went ahead with the repair.

- The serviceman did not check the keypad on the outside of the garage before leaving. As it turned out, replacing the circuit board in the opener had caused the keypad not to work.
- I called the office and was told that they would send someone out to look at the keypad.
-The serviceman wanted to charge me $50 for another keypad and $55 for a service call.
- I refused to pay for the service call, since it should have been checked during his first visit.
- when I called the office to try to work it out, the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and refused to acknowledge that it was their fault and I should not be charged for the service call.
I will not ever be using this company again.

A spring broke on the garage door and the door had a dent in the middle of it. I called in the morning and Jim came out promptly that afternoon. He was a great guy, very pleasant, helpful and professional. He explained what happened, fixed the springs and another part that was stripped and also explained what to watch for in the next few years as the door is getting old. I called a few other companies but chose to support someone local and would definitely recommend them to others.

They did a good job. They are great. I would use them again.

My garage door was binding about halfway down, then would continue to close the rest of the way. I thought it was a problem with the door opener. I called on a Saturday after they were closed, and left a message. They called back early the following Monday and came out an hour later. John watched the door go down and showed me the problem was with the door....not the opener. One section of the door had weakened to the point of bowing about halfway down. He added the strut to strengthen the door. Problem solved! He oiled all of the rollers, as well as adjusted the tension mode on my opener, since the door now is a wee bit heavier with the added strut. John even oiled my 2nd garage door without me having to ask him. Overall, great, prompt and qualified service. I did think the price of the service call was a little higher than expected ($89.00), although the total for the whole job was $129.00, which I didn't think was too bad. He did do a great job of taking care of my problem, and I will not hesitate to call them again for service.

they came out promtly and repaired it with little fan fare. We would definately use them again when needed.
