They were wonderful, just wonderful. The pricinbg was very reasonable. They were prompt and very professional. I have recommended them to other people, and the people who used their services were satisfied and happy as well.

Mark went above and beyond on this job. Had some carpentry work to be done and he had a guy who did it. Waited an extra week but wow was it worth it. I woukd hire again. I refered him to a friend and he said the same thing amazing guy and work. Thanks Mark.

Called in Friday later afternoon and scheduled on Saturday noon. Mark arrived in time and spent less than 30 minutes to fixed the problems. Very satisfied.

He was here for about 30 minutes. Fixed the problem and then made adjustments to the springs. Plans made to replace opener in spring.

Quickly fixed and then he adjusted the lift on the door. It worked so much better than before.

Called Saturday morning and they said they would be out in the afternoon. Mark came out around 1:30 p.m. and replaced the garage door spring. It took less than 30 minutes. Used the "Angies" coupon and the cost was $155.96. Excellent service and price. I will be needing a new garage door sometime in the future and I will definitely call "The Doors, Inc." to do the job.

I highly recommend The Doors Inc. for any garage door needs you may encounter. I had a challenging project that no other contractors would touch. Basically, I wanted to remove an 8' garage door from a pole barn, and rebuild the opening to accommodate a 16' door. Mark came out, reviewed the job, and arranged the construction contractor. Within one week of visiting he installed a beautiful 16' door. I can express how happy I was with the final product and service from start to finish. I would definitely hire Mark again in the future!

I called in the morning to request service and said I had to leave the house by 12 PM. Mark arrived when he said he would and the repair took less than 30 minutes. Everything completed at 6 minutes to 12. I couldn't be more please with the work. My Angie's List $20 was accepted with no questions.

Called Mark in the evening and explained my issue. He stated it could be done and he would be out the next day before noon. He kept his word, called to say he was on his way and completed the job before noon. Excellent customer service. Will use MArk's services again next time I am in need.

(continued from previous section) ...the door were working properly. Within several weeks, the door jammed causing one of the panels to be damaged and bent. This was not due to any obstruction and the cause was not determined. When notified, Mr. Layton said he would fix the door, but only one time, but would not repair again unless we installed a new garage door opener. We bought one from him and he installed the opener and fixed the door panel. However, when asked to provide the warranty on the door, he said the door was warrantied by the manufacturer and he would provide one year of labor. He did not send us a warranty in writing. After several attempts, I called Mr. Layton, and he was annoyed with the request stating... "What do you people want?" I requested again that he send me an email stating the labor warranty. He finally sent me one. Based on these circumstances, and the delay and poor attitude after the door was purchased, I will never use this company again.

A rep from The Doors Inc came out to take measurements a day or two after we first spoke. The following afternoon, Mark and an assistant brought the door over and installed it. I believe the work took less than two hours, and we've been satisfied with the results.

Excellent job. Arrived on time as scheduled. Went over the work and a the couple of installation decisions I had to make regarding trim. About 2 hours later everything was in, properly adjusted and the area cleaned up completely. The new door is quiet, looks great and the glass panels let in a load of light.

He was cool. My experience with him was good. He came. I gave him a hundred bucks and he fixed my garage door. He was good. The price was good and he was very responsive.
