"It was a steady process. Of course there were hiccups along the way, but with Renaissance & myself working as a TEAM on this project, everything was done & done well. I do believe that is KEY on any project, especially one of this size. I told Jamie at the beginning of the project that communication was VERY important to me. "I retained the services of Jose Leon Handyman to retain/repaint a small decorative maintenance shed belonging to the land trust of which I am president. The job included pre-washing/cleaning of cedar shingles, replacing several broken shingles, and replacing the cedar shutters, as well as fixing a number of small problems that were discovered while Mr. Leon was working for us; as well as the added job of resealing a small asphalt court and painting a hop-scotch court thereon. Although Mr. Leon's rates are not cheap, they are reasonable and competitive. I would again retain the services of Jose Leon Handyman and recommend him to others. I was extremely impressed with the quality of his work and the breadth of his skills. He is a good man to know!"
