"Although Brayden, the lead installer did a wonderful job replacing the shower with an absolutely beautiful bathtub, there were a few details that make me a little disappointed. First, when we agreed to have this project, we were promised that it would only take one day, it took 2 days. We were also told that the water would only be turned off for 3 hours, it was off from 08:30 to 6PM, over 9 hours. The vertical trim piece both isn’t centered on the window handle nor is it centered on the lower vertical trim piece. Thankfully the finished project is an absolute awesome bathtub."

They covered the floors from the doorway to the bathroom with drop clothes and were very conscientious about performing their work without trashing the rest of the bathroom. Communication was consistent throughout the project, and good suggestions were made in regard to flooring options. The following work was completed: replaced damaged insulation, demo and removal of old carpet and wainscoting, patched/replaced sections of drywall, walls painted, Coretec flooring installed, touch-ups on trim. Everyone who came in to work on the basement was punctual, polite, and professional. I'm very pleased with the quality of the finished space."
