My standard hourly rate is $100 for the first hour (my minimum) and then $30 for each additional 30 minutes of labor. On some projects, once on site, I might offer a flat rate fee. This is especially true on larger projects where upfront pricing is necessary, or on standard projects such as door installations, ceiling fans, or new faucets.
