They tore up the floor unnecessarily when they could have just cut small plugs around the pipe, swapped the plastic, and used thinnest Because of their "gung-ho" attitude and lack of communication."

We called three "24/7" plumbing services and no one was available. One suggested we call T&J. While we did have to wait they were able to call someone in to come out. He arrived, had to locate parts for our older plumbing and go pick them up. Got it replaced and for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and would use again!"
