Melanie was our point of contact with scheduling the appointment and any questions we had. On the day of appointment, they arrived on schedule and proceeded to change out our old water heater. They were very professional, efficient, respectful of our home, and cleaned up after themselves (which I have had issues with regarding other contractor projects). The replacement took about 2 hours from start to finish and we have had hot water without issue since. "They arrived early, but had called first.  After checking the insulation and ventilation, Charles told me I needed additional insulation and said my ventilation was fair but recommended 2 of the canned vents have solar fans installed.  I'm having the insulation done because of the rebates he is getting me. They did an energy audit for that.  I will submit a review on that after the work has been performed and I see that it has greatly helped with my ice dams, which is why I had him out in the first place. He seems very knowledgeable and everyone was very professional.
