I called them and was told that it didn't matter as the lid had to be lifted to see the damage ( looked to be caused during manufacturing). I called again and let them know that I needed to have someone look at it. I was told that there was nothing they could do, but that they would send someone out on Monday. I waited for them, they never showed up and never called. They no longer take my calls. While it may not seem like a big deal to them, I paid them a lot of money for the toilet and install. The lease they could have done was to bring out one that wasn't damaged and exchanged the toilet."
