Gave an estimate for the job that was reasonable. When done he cleaned up the work area. "Great service. Came out and repaired and cleaned fireplaces and checked the bricks and mortar. Charged me $100 to come out. Chimney place in Holly wanted $329 for 1st fireplace and $299 for 2nd fireplace to come out. That price included a mandatory cleaning. Crazy!! Sanford was reasonable, efficient, and friendly. Definitely recommend."
