Mr Green and his assistant were prompt. He asked a number of questions concerning the fireplace-last time used, last time cleaned, etc. Brought his own dropcloths and made sure that the area surrounding the fireplace was covered. Very thorough inspection; fortunately the chimney needed a good cleaning, which was done with minimal mess. Received a written report, which he went over with me. A friend had recommended him to me after her positive experience. Her chimney needs some major work done on it, and Mr Green explained everything thoroughly to her.
