I have worked with many contractors over the years, in my professional career as well as in my private life, and I would put WaterWork Plumbing up as one of the best. Kenny was the plumber from WaterWork Plumbing that came to my home. He installed a hose bibb, and then I asked him to recheck recent plumbing work that I was concerned hadn’t been done correctly in the kitchen and bathroom. Thank goodness I did, otherwise I would have incurred water leaks under my kitchen sink in no time and he also corrected issue that I was having with toilet flushing. Kenny was kind and knowledgeable. He also was respectful of my home and put down fresh clean tarps over my white carpeting and cleaned up everything. WaterWork Plumbing are fair in their pricing and charge by the hour. Right after Kenny left, I immediately called his company and asked to speak to the owner, and I shared with him what an exemplary employee Kenny was and how grateful I was to have found their company. This review is a downgrade because they did not replace the clean-out cover (now more than a week after the job) and the re-seating of the toilet was not as tidy as expected - we are having another firm to clean this up. He found the shower and sink drains clogged, so I called Mr. Pipey at 3:00, set up an appointment, they showed up same day from a job location down the road, assessed the issue, and rocked out my drain issues in the bathroom. They got there at 5, out by 6 - all clear. Professional, easy to work with, tenant is happy, cost was very reasonable and fair. I will use them again now at my rental house locations."

I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."
