Dustys cleaning

The 2 ladies that came cleaned two bedrooms, and part of a bathroom in the two hours they were there. These ladies were slow and not very knowledgeable about deep cleaning. The lady who worked in the bathroom was combative about using her own cleaning products, sprayed my bathroom with bleach (I think straight) which left it reeking of bleach, and only cleaned the vanity and toilet. I've hired cleaners before, but these were the worst cleaners I've ever had. It was disappointing and a total waste of $100.

They were supposed to be here at 9am. Called late and said 9:30. They arrived at 9:45am. I did a tour of the home and that caused them to begin a little over 10am and they left at 1230pm. Which cause my daily scheduled to be interrupted. I wanted to six hours of cleaning done. They sent two members and did 3 hours total. They did not have high dusters with them. They mopped the bathroom upstairs and masters bathroom they failed to mop anywhere else. They also said they vacuumed the home but did not do a good job at that. It was an older lady who did a good job with the bathrooms and a younger male that was very slow. He was moping throughout the house as if he did not want to do it. I don't understand why it took one hour to clean just the upstairs. They said they did my husbands office dusting and vacuum and they failed to dust the bookcase. I feel bad that the older lady had to do the bathrooms and the younger kid did not do a good job, which is the owners son. I called the owner and explained they did not even get to clean the items that I wanted including kitchen. I would never have them come again. Unless another experienced cleaner was with them.

pleasant young women; missed cleaning some things , though were willing to redo ; also had to redo areas they had cleaned already. Dusty apologized and gave a discount for the day.

A message was left and answered the same day.A discussion about the work needed resulted in a estimate.Although there was a possible 3 week wait the work was scheduled within a week.The crew of 4 including the owner was prompt.The work was performed over a two day period. The entire crew was professional.It turned out 36 work hours were needed to complete the work.The quality of work exceeded expectations. During the cleaning light fixtures were found to have light bulbs wattage exceeding the fixtures capacity .Correct bulbs were installed.

Dusty is fabulous, very professional. Her crew and her are top notch and very detail oriented.

We had an appointment for the technician to come out and they never called to remind us so we called. They called us back and said they were late. Hours later, and over an hour past the timeframe they said they would be there, the company called and said the technician's car broke down. The guy who came a few weeks after that was awesome - very polite, knowledgeable, and gave us some tips for maintenance that was not necessary.

Dusty's Cleaning is the cleaning service to choose. Not only were the girls professional and punctual, it was like having two friends clean my home. They were friendly and not only provided me with a wonderful house cleaning, but a wonderful conversation. I felt wary allowing strangers into my home, but they were so personable and energetic that I was immediately at ease. The cleaners of Dusty's Cleaning pay great attention to detail. I've heard of cleaners who go through the superficial motions of house cleaning without giving the house a good, thorough cleaning. If that was what I wanted, I would do it myself! This was not the case with Dusty's Cleaning. The girls cleaned parts of my kitchen and bathroom I didn't even realize needed cleaning. I was incredibly impressed with how hard-working the girls were. They were on their hands and knees scrubbing right into the corners of my bathroom. There is nothing more refreshing and soothing than just knowing your house is clean. When the girls left, the house smelled fresh and clean. Dusty herself could not have been more personable and responsive. She really stressed that I should communicate with the girls about my cleaning needs. I highly recommend this because they are only in your house for a certain amount of time, so it is important to communicate from the start about what your goal for the cleaning is. I suggest having a 5-minute conversation with them before they begin cleaning (or even with Dusty prior to the cleaning) regarding what your priorities are cleaning-wise to ensure it all gets completed. It is important to realize that your expectations for how much they should be able to get done in the time allotment may not be realistic. However, after seeing how thorough of a job they were doing, I have no complaints. I will definitely be using Dusty's Cleaning again when I need a deep house cleaning.

Excellent......Dusty has been with us for the past 11 years and could not find anyone as dependable and professional as Dusty's cleaning. Always willing to go an extra step to help you. Always doing an excellent job.

It was great. They were flexible around other activities going on, prepared with equipment we don't have there yet, and pleasant. It was a great value. We are sure to use their services more.

Outstanding service and attention to detail.

Dusty quite literally did not thoroughly clean my house.  She neglected complete areas.  The most glaring example was she did not wash my bathroom floor.  When I called and confronted her, she responded by saying that she didn't wash it, her assistant was suppose to.  To be honest, I cannot be sure her assistant was with her that day; as there were days she did not come and I know the floor was not washed the two weeks prior and I know Dusty was the only one there that day.  There were other areas of deficiency as well.
