"They've done service work for me you know come back and check the furnace they are very honest and they do good work, they are very good company I would highly recommended them, it was the top of the line furnace it's a brains and they recommended it and they told me why they recommended it the Brant over the Carrier and it made good sense to be because the put the Carrier's in they both suppose to come down the assemble line he told the guy explained it and the Carrier's they worked all the bolts and holes and then after they have been in service in one year when they worked out the bolts and holes then they put in the Brant so it comes like the Carrier is a guinea pig for the Brant but you pay more for the Carrier because of the name so that's why I went with the Brant and so far I am very satisfied with it it's a very good furnace. Every time I called them for service they give me a quick appointment and they installed it they came when they said that they were gonna come they did the job, they did it well they cleaned up after them self very very polite people very very nice to deal with."

"WE lose signal when it storms, but only for a very short time. A little expensive compared to Dish, but the programming is much better.

"Called to schedule an estimate on a Monday, Dan came out on Friday and I had a proposal by email the same day. Had several estimates but felt most confident with this company. Dan asked lots of questions, specifically noted variables like the number of windows, square footage, layout of the rooms, and the relative placement of the units. They sell Mitsubishi equipment which tends to be highly rated for design and longevity and the units proposed were way more energy efficient than the other estimates. Once we settled on Robertson-Morrison's estimate, we were able to schedule the installation for the following week and sent it 25% of the total as a deposit. They put in a 1 1/2 ton unit on the main floor and a separate 1-ton unit for the upstairs. The workers were prompt, friendly, tidy and efficient. They put down tarps everywhere they had to walk so even on a rainy day, the place stayed clean. The cooling lines to the outside units were covered in a not-unattractive molding and the units themselves are surprisingly quiet and small. All the openings in the walls were caulked up tightly. The electrical work was subbed out to a local firm; two lines were added to the panel for the new AC. They started at 7:30 and were done by 3pm at which time Keith showed me how the remotes worked and answered my remaining questions. We will be billed for the balance."

"They arrived early, but had called first. After checking the insulation and ventilation, Charles told me I needed additional insulation and said my ventilation was fair but recommended 2 of the canned vents have solar fans installed. I'm having the insulation done because of the rebates he is getting me. They did an energy audit for that. I will submit a review on that after the work has been performed and I see that it has greatly helped with my ice dams, which is why I had him out in the first place. He seems very knowledgeable and everyone was very professional.

"1st technician came out said he had to order parts and then never came back. 1 week later sears repair came and replaced defrost panel said it was fixed. I called two days later to say it still was not working. They said I had to pay 2nd service call, even though policy says if recurring for 30 days wouldn’t have to pay. Third technician said it was compressor and it couldn’t be fixed. So, now it been 2 1/2 weeks and still no working fridge. Now they offer only 600.00$ towards replacement and to get similar fridge it cost me 1200.00."

"They did a nice job on our deck. It was a real tough job and they did a nice job. We're on the water and it's not against the house or anything, it's only against a sea wall that moves. It was quite a complex configuration, and it was 80 feet across. They're good. I would bring them back again. I liked their communication and the fact that they were flexible. I like the overall quality of their work. If there was something I didn't like, they addressed it or adjusted it."

"I just pay $75 you never know who's going to come out. They do everything electrical. Just about everything is covered except the septic tank. I had an air conditioner replaced. It went great, all I had to do was pay for the freon. He didn't charge e more than what was needed."

The average cost to install solar panels is around $26,600, and most homeowners pay between $4,500 and $53,000. Keep in mind that these prices don’t consider the federal investment tax credit (ITC), which can effectively reduce those costs by up to 30%. The price you can expect to pay for solar panel installation depends on the size of the system, where you live, the type and brand of panels, and the labor costs. Get price quotes from at least three solar companies in your area to find the best deal.
In most states, solar installers need to be licensed and insured as solar professionals, although some states don’t have specific requirements for installers. You can use our state licensing tool to check if an installer you’re considering hiring holds the proper licensing. No matter where you live, a member of your solar panel installation company must be a certified electrician to connect your panels to your home and the electric grid.
There are a few qualifying questions you should ask a local solar panel company before hiring them:
Will you handle permits for the installation?
Does your total price include the equipment and labor?
How long do you expect the installation process to take?
What kind of workmanship warranty do you include with your installations?
Who should I contact if I have a problem with my system after installation?
Do you install the panels or outsource the work to third parties?
Will you file for solar incentives for me?
In most cases, yes, solar panels are well worth the investment. Going solar with your home’s energy is expensive, but, in most states, the panels will pay for themselves by reducing your electric bills. Solar panels don’t produce greenhouse gasses or other pollutants, meaning you can feel good about using this renewable energy source to power your home. Plus, installing solar panels can boost your home value, helping your profit off your next home sale.
Yes, solar panel installation will require permits. The required permits will depend on where you live, as some states and cities have solar-specific permits, while others only require electrical permits to connect to the grid. In either case, it’s best to hire a reputable solar installer in your area, as a representative should handle all of the necessary permitting for you and will include the cost of the permits in your initial solar estimate.
