They have done furnace work for us, with the heating and cooling. Also electrical work was top notch.

Showed up on time

Had all of my switches and plugs replaced and new lighting fixtures installed. The guys did an excellent job! I would hire them again for future work.

The tech arrived late for my job and left without fixing the problem. Because they are late for the next job so they have my 85 yrs old mother in law signed “turndown service” so they took off for the next job! Cheat 85 yrs lady is so wrong! When did we turn down the service? You can give us a call at least but NO!! NOTHING! The service manager Brian is absolutely rude!!! We probably will purchase $15k AC and furnace units from them. Oh well, too bad! Bad service leads to no more business. The company is only worth $99 - the service call with no complete service.

I actually fixed tbe issue the night before by following the mfg trouble shooting flow chart. I didn't know it because the furnace was on a "lockout" schedule due to the multiple start attempts. I informed the tech as soon as he arrived but asked him to check it out for issues that I wasn't able to test. He was very thorough that gave me confidence that I wouldn't have to worry about. He assured me with their 90 day warranty for his visit. I Highly recommend Family Heating & Cooling!!!

Dear Family Electrical, Today was Family Electrical’s second visit to my fixer-upper home in Plymouth for extensive electrical rework. Jeremy, the electrician crew leader, did an amazing job today. His professionalism, knowledge and customer-centric approach was perfect. The entire Family Electrical crew were friendly, hardworking and left my house cleaner than they found it! I also want to thank Tom Kearny, the electrician boss, as well. He always responded to my numerous email questions quickly and thoroughly. He was also always available when anyone needed his guidance. Jeremy, newbie Connor and Tom were super representatives of Family Electrical. Because of them, I would recommend your company with no reservations. I will now give the highest recommendation on social media as well as on my neighborhood’s private Facebook page.

Great, quick, thorough work. The workers were prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. They informed my husband and I about the best option for our new furnace based on what could be done in our house. While we were disappointed that we couldn't get the high efficiency furnace, the one we got is still more efficient than the one we had. The price was hands down the best one we were quoted! Good quality furnace installed by great workers done at a reasonable price equals two happy customers! They will be installing an AC for us in June. Highly recommend this company!

Perfect. Excellent product recommendations, on time, covered all floors with tarps, Totally done with installation by 3:30 PM. Cleaned up. Showed me the new system, Everything works. Prior to the installation they even made a recommendation which saved me approximately $200.

It went very well. The serviceman, Randy, was on time. He was very professional and efficient and did not try to sell me what I did not need. The system evidently had become low on freon coolant over the years and needed a slight recharge. He had numerous gauges and meters to assist in his work and explained to me as I watched what the readings meant. My AC is now operating properly and have a 90 day warranty on the service.

Technicians wore mask and shoe coverings due to COVID19. They completed the job in less than 2 hours.

The service man that came out was very knowledgeable and professional. Our A/C is working better than ever after he corrected the fluid levels & advised us to replace the furnace filter. We will definitely hire them again- well worth the 2 week appointment wait!

Called in the morning, they were out within a few hours. I think I got a bit lucky on the timing of my call this time of year, but their responsiveness was awesome. Daniel was a pleasure to talk to, took care of my issue, and also gave me some good advice on the type of unit it was and how to check, maintain, and arrange a schedule for servicing. He was also a very nice guy and fun to talk with. I would hire again in a heartbeat.

We are very pleased with the work that Family Heating and Cooling did for us. They installed a new furnace, A/C unit, humidifier and thermostat. They provided an estimate on the spot which some other companies would not and hauled away all of the old material.
