Kenny was the plumber from WaterWork Plumbing that came to my home. He installed a hose bibb, and then I asked him to recheck recent plumbing work that I was concerned hadn’t been done correctly in the kitchen and bathroom. Thank goodness I did, otherwise I would have incurred water leaks under my kitchen sink in no time and he also corrected issue that I was having with toilet flushing. Kenny was kind and knowledgeable. He also was respectful of my home and put down fresh clean tarps over my white carpeting and cleaned up everything. WaterWork Plumbing are fair in their pricing and charge by the hour. He found the shower and sink drains clogged, so I called Mr. Pipey at 3:00, set up an appointment, they showed up same day from a job location down the road, assessed the issue, and rocked out my drain issues in the bathroom. "Michael made this the easiest and much less stressful than anticipated! My grandmother's house is very old and had to have the shower piping replaced and put on new faucets, he did great work as did his helper jason who was very nice. The kitchen sink had a clog and after a while they were able to get it out without needing to do any more added work. My grandmother was very worried about the whole thing but they kept her assured and answered all her questions to ease her mind. Thank you so much!!"

"Services: Unclog drain, Repair toilet, Repair pipe. // Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness // Haines was recommended to me saying they were good at their job. I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."
