He installed a hose bibb, and then I asked him to recheck recent plumbing work that I was concerned hadn’t been done correctly in the kitchen and bathroom. Thank goodness I did, otherwise I would have incurred water leaks under my kitchen sink in no time and he also corrected issue that I was having with toilet flushing. Kenny was kind and knowledgeable. He also was respectful of my home and put down fresh clean tarps over my white carpeting and cleaned up everything. Kevin was prompt to return my call and was able to schedule service the very next day. He kept in touch on timing and performed the service as expected. "They were professional and quick. It was a bit pricey in my opinion but most plumbing usually is. We had a clogged drain and they did a mechanical snake from the roof down the vent pipe for $450. They also threw in a 30 day warranty in case the snake didn't fully clear the block, which is reassuring. However, they were confident that the block was resolved. Toilets and shower are draining so it's looking like it worked. Would hire again."
