Scott spent a week working at my house and Tim, the quality control manager, stopped by mid-week to look at some areas of my ceiling that were soot stained from a wood burning stove. Scott did a tremendous job painting - my living room was not an easy job, but he was professional, paid close attention to details, and rechecked the work to make sure it was perfect. As busy as his schedule is, Shane graciously fit in the kitchen cabinet painting for me while Scott was at my home.
