"Troy and his team were so wonderful throughout this entire process! Troy came out over a year ago to quote - he spent nearly 4 hours on my property making sure that he understood exactly what was going on with each of my buildings. He took several pictures and gave a very estimate. I had several other companies come out to provide quotes & they just simply weren't as thorough or kind. Troy continued to follow up and once we were able to budget for the project, he came out and made sure nothing had changed. Throughout the job he took TONS of pictures so I didn't have to go under the building to check it out. They were professional & very respectful of our business operations. "We had Magic Windows put in a new roof, bathroom remodel and a new flooring in our kitchen as well as our bathroom. Our sales agents Dan & George I give a A+/5stars. They are truly caring people and put their customers first. Last year we had a wind storm that damaged our roof and the rain water was literally pouring into our home. I called Dan and he sent George over who took the time to educate us on proper roofing and the importance of quality roofing and installation. The next week the roofers were at our home installing a new roof so that our home would not sustain more damage. All three crews were meticulous and placed a lot of care in their work. Superior craftsmanship is 2nd to none with this company. I gave them all A+/5 Stars. As far as returning phone calls when I had a question or concern this company can use a little improvement. I give them a B/4 stars. Overall Magic Windows will be our 1st and only phone call for any future home improvement endeavors. We love their work."

"Jerrod and his team did some updates for us a few years ago so when we decided to do this upgrade, we called him first. His prices were great and he and his team were polite, professional and honest throughout both remodels. We have more projects we want done in the future and plan to call Jerrod for those also."

"I hired O&A in 2020 to redo my kitchen. When I met Chris, I felt at ease, like he was a trustable person, and I think he is. He is responsive, and a really nice guy. However, the quality of work done to my kitchen is inexcusable. Take a look at the photos. By the end of the project, I just wanted them out of my house, so I let it go but every time I walk into my kitchen, I feel regret. The backsplash is janky, the granite has issues - including a HUGE space between the top of the wood and where the granite stops. I put a google review up, and he took his whole business down. My 20K+ job was a "small job". I don't know about you, but 20+K to me is not small. He hired subcontractors to come do the work. When I left the google review, he called to tell me that the subcontractors were the issue, and that he has since cut ties with him - but I hired him, not Bruce, or "Ideel construction" which I also intend to leave a review for. Chris made an attempt to fix the backsplash, but there are other issues as well. I will have to dump another 10K into my kitchen to undo what his team did. Inexcusable. If you don't have 50K to spend on a kitchen remodel, don't bother with this company."

"I cant stand this place and if I knew how they would be, i NEVER would have choose this company for our siding and gutters. I called because our covered gutters do not go to the end by the spouts as should and birds are getting under them and nesting, causing the water to run over the gutters instead of down by the spouts, i called for a service call and explained things, i was told i had to clean my covered gutters , and i asked am i suppose to remove the covers, the response given to me was, whatever it takes, i just had back surgery less than two weeks ago and told her i would not be able to or will never get up on the latter again, as this was the reason we got the covered because i fell off the roof to begin with; granted these gutters are only 4 -41/2 year old and have a lifetime warranty, she said we man we don’t clean gutters, i’m not asking for them to clean my gutters, but simply make sure the work we paid and have a warranty on are done right, she placed me on hold for several minutes and came back and stated that the manager that was in duty (only one according the person in phone) stated until she talked to and she was to busy to do now; that an appointment could not be made, so i asked her if she was refusing to make an appointment for a product that has been paid for n full, and has a warranty, responded with I’m following what my manager is telling me to. Really sounds like they are not honoring the product and signed contract, they have been h*** ever since we signed our contract."
