Pro Home Improvement was efficient, fast and provided top notch customer service for our roofing job. Very transparent about the process from start to finish and were available for all of our questions and concerns; their large crew worked quickly and efficiently, were completely done with tear down and installment by mid afternoon, walked us through everything when the work was complete and even followed up with a call the next to ensure that everything went smoothly. The technicians arrived on time. They did not explain the process from their point. They were messy. The result looks like an inexperienced or child sprayed my basement. They sprayed wires that were not in the wall space where the insulation should be. My basement still gets cold! I am completely disappointed!!!

The mess. Their clean up guy has been back 3 times and I am still finding nails and chunks of old tiles all over the yard. I personally picked up torn plastic wrappers that had blown all over the neighborhood over multiple evenings. This garbage ends up in leaf piles this time of year and in our compost in the spring.

I had four estimates, they were not the cheapest. But I went cheap before and paid for it in the end (water damage, and more after only 15 yrs. Pro's warranty is first rate, the people were very professional. I've learned over the years to pay for quality.
