"I purchased the $375 2 movers for 3 hours moving service from them after getting quotes from a few other providers. The promptly contacted me to schedule the service (which they were able to do on a Sunday which some other companies could not do). They gave me a 2 hour time frame when they would be there, which I confirmed a few days before the actual date. The day of the move, the time frame past and no movers had come or contacted me. I called the company a few times and left a voicemail, but still no movers.

At 10:45, 45 minutes after the 8 - 10am timeframe, they arrived. One of the guys apologized for being late and stated they were never given a phone number to call me to explain this before hand. This was a frustrating experience on an already frustrating day for me that could've been avoided by simple promptness and the company being organized and prepared enough for a situation like this. Past that, the job went very smoothly. There was more furniture than the average 2 bedroom apartment, yet the movers were able to complete the job in exactly the 3 hour timeframe and were very professional and pleasant to be around during that time. It was also an odd situatuon as the new location had some large items that had to be moved into the garage, and they were able to assist us with that without any hesitation.

The only other issue I had was that the "special deal" available on Angie's List was actually $25 more than what was quoted on the pre-prepared paperwork I signed and their website at the time ($249 for 2 hours and $99 per each additional hour). I didn't openly complain since I already paid, but it is dissapointing that Angie's list members might end up paying more than others who just use their website. Anyways, with the miscommunication, tardiness and pricing difference, I may not ever use them again, but they did a good enough job that I will certainly consider them.
