The installers did not complete the entire project in the way we were told it would be done. "Valerie and Bob called ahead to let me know they were coming. They showed up on time at around 8:20am and got right to work. Valerie spent nearly the entire morning outside on the roof (in freezing cold weather) upgrading our mast, power-meter, meter-socket and installing the 30amp outlet for the generator. Bob worked in the basement removing the old panel and getting the connections labeled. He then mounted the new box and together they got the new wires routed through the wall of the house and sealed the openings. They were professional and worked hard to get the job done. Bob left a little earlier and Val stayed until after 5:00pm to make sure it was completed.

They were very clear about what needed to be done, and well informed of local and state requirements for my area.
