"I hired Stay Dry on 5/23/18 to waterproof my basement. Basement still leaks in the same place as it did before the work. I filed a complaint with what needs to be done and sent pictures too. No calls or responds to email from anyone. I'm very unhappy with lack of Customer Service/ Sales and would still like for this problem to be resolved.
