"I hired Stay Dry on 5/23/18 to waterproof my basement. Basement still leaks in the same place as it did before the work. I filed a complaint with what needs to be done and sent pictures too. No calls or responds to email from anyone. I'm very unhappy with lack of Customer Service/ Sales and would still like for this problem to be resolved. After talking with the CEO, he went out of his way to help resolve the problems. Had some more work done and even schedule for a Saturday. It was nice to see that he made it right."
