"From start to finish the job was completed with attention to detail, on budget and on time. The trim installers (Chris and Danny) were fantastic. They took their time and cared for the project like it was their own house. It was a big project. I had all outside exposed wood covered in trim and/or vinyl soffit. I can't thank Sun Home enough. During the gutter installtion a small piece of the trim was dented and it wasn't a huge problem but the job was done so well that I asked for it to be replaced. This happended, by the way, when a second crew, not Chris and Danny installed the gutters. On final inspection I showed Dave ( saleperson and delightful man) and he said give him a few days and they would take care of it. Like clockwork, he sent Chris back out and took care of it. To Chris, Danny, Rob and Dave, I thank you all for a well-done project from start to finish. I highly recommend Sun Home!!"

"Had a couple windows installed on Tues. June 20th. The screen on one was ripped, the installer said they would put a order in right away and have it out this week. There was no signoff's on work. Some of the caulk jobs around the windows are a little sub-par for my liking. Not the best quality work. Called the office for clarification on when my screen would be here this week. They had no knowledge of it, and it had to be ordered. Now it'll be July 8th before they can get out here. Had used their competitor (Hansons) for my last house. The comparison between the two is much different. Will probably go back to Hansons for the rest of the house here."

He was able to find era-appropriate flooring for the porch. He also installed much safer handrails on the steps up from the street to the porch and corrected the unsafe side entry by installing a sturdy platform and step. There were debris all over my bedding and furniture from the old plastic tarp. If they needed new tarp I would supply them. Who knows what the previous projects had in their homes. I didn't notice till after they left. Yes, you definitely will need to vacuum. Which I expected, but not having to wash all bedding and vacuum furniture. The windows look good, but it's so much cleaning afterwards. So when they say you'll never notice they were there. Was not true at all. One of my bushes in the front were also damaged and trampled on."
